Privacy policy
The short version: there are no accounts, the tools run in your browser, and the numbers you type into them are never sent to us.
What the tools do with your inputs
Calculations run entirely in your browser. Your dog’s weight and anything else you enter is not transmitted to us. If you copy a share link, those values are encoded in the link itself, and it goes only where you send it.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. It records aggregate information such as pages viewed, approximate region, device type and how visitors arrived. A few events are recorded when a tool is used, but never the values you entered. Google Analytics sets cookies. You can block them in your browser or with Google’s opt-out add-on, and nothing on the site stops working if you do.
Advertising
Dog Health Atlas is supported by advertising. Advertising partners, including Google, may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can manage personalised advertising through Google’s ad settings and opt out of many third-party vendors at aboutads.info. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before these cookies are set. This page will name each ad provider when ads are enabled.
What we do not do
- No accounts, logins or sign-ups.
- No selling of personal information.
- No collection of information about your dog’s health beyond what stays in your browser.
Hosting and logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and operations. We do not use them to identify individuals.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information and to object to its processing. To ask, write to hello@doghealthatlas.com.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date on this page changes with it. Questions go to the contact page.
